How to shop
- How do I shop online?
Shopping at is very easy. You only have to take the following steps:- Select the products that you want and add them to “Your Cart”.
- Head to the checkout and enter your access data.
- Enter your delivery and invoice information.
- Select preferred payment method.
- Make the payment.
If payment is authorised, you will receive a purchase confirmation.When we receive your order, an automatic online order receipt confirmation will appear, including your order number and purchase details.We will also automatically send a copy of the order receipt confirmation to your email address. Please print or download this copy in case you need to consult it later.
- What is a promotional code?
This personal code allows you to enjoy exclusive promotions.
If you have a promotional code, just enter it during the purchase process and the promotion will be applied automatically.
Remember that promotional codes are personal and non-transferable and only one may be used per order, exclusively for purchases from the www.onlies-t.com
- Can I send a gift through www.onlies-t.com?
Yes of course! You can give www.onlies-t.com garments through our online shop. You can modify your current account with a different address and contact name and later amend it for the original one or you can add a new contact.
- How do I know my size?
On each product page you will find a size guide with measurements for each of our products.
Payment and security
- Prices
The prices shown on www.onlies-t.com include Value Added Tax (VAT) and delivery cost, and are valid exclusively for online purchases.
Please bear in mind that both the currency and the prices may change depending on the country in which the store is located.
At www.onlies-t.com we regularly offer discounts and promotions.
- How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay for your purchases with a credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard Maestro and American Express) and PayPal.
The corresponding amount will be charged when you confirm your purchase.
- Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can request this when you make a purchase by entering your tax details during the checkout process.
You can consult your invoice at Your Account: Purchases once your order has left our warehouse.
Deliveries
- When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days (this period is for information purposes only).The delivery schedule is usually met, and although www.onlies-t.com cannot guarantee punctuality, all orders are delivered within 5 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the order and payment, at the latest. Once an order is shipped, the Customer receives an e-mail notification about the expected delivery date.Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. It’s yours after all.
Shipping times vary depending on the product you choose and where it’s going. Remember, we only ship in business days, excluding National Holidays.
- What countries do you deliver to?The deliveries are made from Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or local holidays. The orders can be delivered only to private residences or offices.Do we deliver to APO, FPO and DPO addresses?
Yes; but it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, we recommend using a civilian address.
- Shipping Country Restrictions
Due to international shipping restrictions our products are not available for the following countries:- Iran
- Cuba
- Sudan
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea
- What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are calculated and included per order.
You will know it when you order. - Where is my purchase?
Please email us and we will track the status of your order. Please provide us the email address used for the order and the order number.
- Can I exchange one garment for another?
Please contact us providing: Order number and gifter’s email address, if you wish to exchange a gift. We’ll need both to process your return/exchange, so be sure to double check with your gifter if you aren’t sure. We will provide you our Returns or Exchanges forms. Emailed it back completed in order to proceed with your Returns or Exchanges.
The refund will be made in the original payment method.
- What happens if I receive a wrong or defective order?
The Customer must verify the state of the packaging upon delivery. If the package is damaged, the Customer must not accept the delivery. The amount of the purchase and the delivery expenses will be refunded to the Customer once the warehouse has processed the return of the products. www.onlies-t.com informs that the delivery must be verified within a reasonable time after receipt. In case no notice of rejection of the products is received within 30 days of delivery, www.onlies-t.com will consider the Customer to have accepted the delivery.
If you receive a wrong garment or the garment is damaged, you must follow the standard return procedure. We will replace it for a right one or we will refund it.
We will refund the amount of your purchase once your return has been processed by our warehouse.Please contact us providing: Order number and email address. We’ll need both to process your return/exchange, so be sure to double check with your gifter if you aren’t sure. We will provide you our Returns or Exchanges forms. Emailed it back completed in order to proceed with your Returns or Exchanges.

- When and how will I receive the refund?
Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
www.onlies-t.com will not make the refund until the returned item has been received and examined by our warehouse. Once the condition of the returned product has been verified, we will refund of the corresponding amount within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned
